Refund Policy

Customers have 7 DAYS to exchange or receive a store credit on unused hair and wigs for any item in store. 


Customers have 3 DAYS to exchange unworn shoes and clothes. All original tags must be intact and the receipt has to be presented on all items. We will not honor exchanges or give store credits on used items, stained, ripped or items with loud odors. NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS!

No return/exchange or store credit on chemical items. This includes, but is not limited to shampoos, conditioners, oils, relaxers, hair sprays, hair color/dyes/bleaches, facial products, etc.

ALL sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE! This includes wigs, hair, clothes, shoes, purses, shades, etc. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES. NO STORE CREDITS.

We do not issue refunds for any delayed packages. Once the item is shipped, it is no longer under our control. Please visit your local USPS location with your tracking information for further assistance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For any lost or stolen package, you will have to contact USPS to file a claim. All sales are final, unless wrong items was shipped. If the wrong item was shipped, we will send the correct item and send return label.
